TourTrak Professional and Pro Tour Editions...
Reporting Features
As both data and output-centric systems, the TourTrak Professional and Pro Tour Editions offer extensive standard and optional reporting features. Subject to your choice of optional feature packages, these editions can offer overwheming reporting capabilities, providing hundreds of thousands of reporting variations, including optional support for televised, broadcast reporting and concurrent, split-screen or translucent-overlay broadcast advertising — to monitors, TV and plasma screens, or LCD projectors.
As standard equipment, scoring and tournament editions provide an array of highly configurable summary and detail leaderboards, as well as scorecards, cartcards, and detailed entrant score audit reporting. Summary and detail leaderboards may be generated at both intra-tournament outing / flight and aggregate tournament outing / flight levels, and for your choice of members only, guests only, members and guests, team aggregates only, or team aggregates and intra-team, team member detail.
The optional Reporting Plus Package is also available to provide an extensive array of highly configurable master and transaction reporting, as well as an invaluable array of additional scoring, ranking, and roll-forward results reporting, and is offered to compliment the array of configurable summary and detail leaderboard reporting that is included as standard equipment. This package provides query-based master reporting, for golfers, courses, tournaments, outings, entrants, scores, and advertisements — featuring customizable headings, grouping and subtotaling, page breaking, and ordering on any field, for all records, queried records, or only the displayed record. And as with virtually all TourTrak reporting, each provided report actually represents many reports, offering hundreds if not thousands of per-report reporting variations, since TourTrak provides reporting options to help more finitely scope the data you'd like to see. When used with the Results Inquiry Package, this package also provides query-based results reporting at both intra-tournament outing and aggregate tournament levels, enabling inquiry and selective reporting of gross, net, and format scores and rankings, for team aggregates and/or individual member and guest-classed entrants.
The available Statistics Package is also offered to provide results-based, dynamic statistical reporting, including Average Hole Score, Hole Score Ranking, Hole Score Summary, and Scoring / Handicap Variance reporting. These reports may be generated at your choice of intra-tournament outing levels (for specific outings), outing / flight levels (for specific outing flights), and/or aggregate tournament / flight levels — for individual member-classed entrants only, individual guest-classed entrants only, members and guests, team aggregates, or team aggregates and intra-team, team-member detail. This package additionally provides tournament-spanning, golfer-oriented performance history reporting, including detailed golfer tournament performance history and golfer order of merit reporting.
The available Report Broadcasting Package provides multiple software-based broadcasting subsystems, offering capabilities enabling you to broadcast, or televise tournament results. This package provides advanced report broadcasting systems designed to facilitate the unattended broadcasting of reports — including both interim (as-of, up-to-the minute) and final results reporting — to monitors, TV and plasma screens, or LCD projectors. When used in conjunction with the Advertising Package, this package additionally provides integral, specialized support for simultaneous, televised broadcast results reporting and broadcast advertising.
TourTrak's results reporting features are extraordinarily robust, allowing you to generate your choice of tournament aggregate results or intra-tournament outing-level (day-of-play) results for specific outings, specific flights, or all flights, optionally grouping, ranking, and subtotaling by flight. You also choose the entrant group — Members Only, Guests Only, Members and Guests, Teams, or Teams and Entrants, which provides both team aggregate results as well as intra-team, detailed team-member results for each team.
TourTrak also features dynamic results reporting, allowing for the override of official rankings — enabling, for example, members to be dynamically ranked versus only other members, or guests to be dynamically ranked versus only other guests, exclusive of chosen tie break methods, at tournament and/or intra-tournament outing levels, for gross, net, or format scores. Additionally, dynamic, flight-independent results may be generated utilizing or not utilizing chosen tie break methods at both tournament and/or intra-tournament outing levels, for teams, members only, guests only, or members and guests, for gross, net, or format scores, for comparative purposes.
And all TourTrak Editions offer window-based reporting — all reports are displayed in their own windows for on-screen review prior to printing, and feature customizable report headings, automatic query criteria-to-report heading generation, fully customizable headings, margins, fonts, colors, optional automatic reports-to-HTML web-page generation and reports-to-email generation, and more.
