Designed for exceptional clarity, TourTrak simplifies these operations, using step-oriented picture-based windows and menus in conjunction with advanced navigational features and intelligent screens and controls.

These editions are therefore extremely easy to use, providing advanced navigational features that make traversing the tournament operations cycle an easy thing to do as well as to understand. These features as well as an iterative approach to the cycle itself render TourTrak both mistake-proof as well as extremely flexible, allowing repetitive changes or adjustments and recomputation as often as desired.

Naturally, TourTrak provides configurable control for all event parameters — independently (as applicable) at intra-tournament outing-levels (for each day-of-play) and aggregate tournament-levels — for scoring formats, tee time and shotgun scheduling, team, flight, and cart assignment, handicap limitation, tie break, tie scheduling, and tie payout methods, payout schedules, skins-play options, and much more.

And complete support for iterative parameter change and processing allows you to adjust virtually all of your tournament and intra-tournament outing parameters (including format, handicap, skins-play, tie-break and tie payout methods, payout schedules, and more) and regenerate results as often as desired.



Entry and Navigation
All TourTrak Editions are highly intuitive in operation, forsaking the ambiguity of confusing controls that cater only to the most frequent of users. All fields, controls, buttons, toolbars, and menus are consistently employed, clearly labeled, and enabled only when applicable. And TourTrak is fast, efficient, and reliable. All aspects of the software, from entry to processing, are optimized for maximum speed and efficiency. Results are typically provided in a matter of seconds.

Data entry requirements for these editions are minimized to the extreme, as all entry windows provide a variety of both point-and-click and drag-and-drop features so that setting up golfers, courses, tournaments, outings, entrants, and entrant assignments can be accomplished very quickly, with a minimum of effort. And one-touch entry of scores, extremely efficient and rapid computation of results, and unmatched reporting flexibility effectively nominalize your post-event investment in time and effort.

These editions, as with all TourTrak editions, also feature complete and dynamic contextual enabling / disabling of all entry fields, controls, buttons, toolbars, and menus, hiding or disabling and graying specific objects when not applicable, and enabling them only when they apply. Additionally, all drop-down listboxes are fully color-keyed — for reasons of clarity, TourTrak persistently displays various entities in color (i.e.: tournaments in magenta, intra-tournament outings in red, entrants in green, etc.). These are extremely valuable features in the "ease-of-use" category, and "must-have" features in the conditional world of golf and tournament-related applications.

In other words, entry is goof-proof — fields and controls are enabled only when they apply, and dynamic, color-coded objects and shading provide outstanding clarity and visibility. It simply doesn't get better than this.

And all TourTrak editions provide enhanced support for Windows XP, offering Windows XP-oriented interfaces (all windows, toolbars, menus, buttons, fields, and controls are optimized) and all-new graphics (scoring and tournament editions contain nearly 1000 graphics). They additionally offer configurable automatic window management, providing both automatic and on-demand, contextually-optimal arrangement of all windows as primary and secondary application windows and subwindows are opened or closed or as TourTrak selections are launched or exited.
